LTX Connector Pinouts

I should have posted this last week, but TagFerret posted the pinouts from the sight and accessory connectors in this post:  http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/LazerTagTeamOps/message/11205

Here is the basic pinout from his post:

The wire which goes to the square pad on the PCB edge is #1. This *should* be

the shaded (black) wire of the ribbon cable, but I don't remember 100% for
certain.
1 PGND: Power Ground (used to supply power to the accessory)
2 SGND: Signal Ground (used for signals return to/from accessory)
3 IRSIGNAL: IR Receiver Output (low when 38KHz IR detected)
4 COM-O: Communications Port Output (serial data to accessory)
5 COM-I: Communications Port Input (serial data from accessory)
6 INHIBIT: IR generation Inhibit (accessory pull low to generate IR)
7 LAZERMOD: Data stream to modulate onto accessory-generated IR
8 SW9V: 6.6-9.6 volts switched raw power (off when blaster is sleeping)

Apparently you can do a lot of cool things including programming and debriefing through the port.  I am definately looking forward to seeing what all we can do with this thing!  Check out some things he says in this other post:  http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/LazerTagTeamOps/message/11196
